Drop-in and Community Classes

Tuesdays 6:30pm Magic Club
Our studio primarily offers session-based classes, with participants registering for an eight-week series at a time. However, select classes and jams accommodate drop-in participants. These sessions follow the same schedule as the session-based classes and are usually paused during session breaks.
Occasionally, additional drop-in or community classes are organized by studio staff or community members. Make sure you’re on our email list, or following us on social media, to be in the know about pop-up offerings!
These drop-in classes accept cash, check, or Venmo and payment is due to the facilitator by the end of the class. Please consult with the facilitator if you have any questions.
CURRENT OFFERINGS
Clown Class + Mime Workout with Luz
When: Mondays, 5:30 to 6:30pm
What: Come try out classic clown routines and mime techniques, all experience levels welcome! This drop-in class is a great entry for people who are curious about clowning, and a fun place for experienced performers to play in a group environment. Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving around in.
How much: Pay-what-you-can ($5 to $25 suggested) no one turned away for lack of funds!

Juggle Jam with Audrey
When: Mondays 6:30 to 7:30pm
What: Come juggle with us! This jam will be facilitated by a Sparrow Studio coach who will be present to give some instruction, tips, and tricks while you practice your skills. We have all the equipment - balls, scarves, rings, diabolo, plates for spinning, feathers for balancing, and more - so come ready to get your juggle on! If you're curious about juggling - or looking for a place to practice - this jam is for you!
How much: Pay-what-you-can ($10 suggested) no one turned away for lack of funds!

MAGIC CLUB!! with Anthony and AUdrey
Starting June 10, 2025
When: Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm
What: Just in time for summer! Starting June 10th, Sparrow will be offering a community Magic Club every Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm. Magic club is a place for folks interested in practicing magic to come together in a supportive environment. Now is the perfect time to grab that deck of cards, dust of a coin trick, or create a new routine to tryo out and head over to Clown Annex. All ages and abilities welcome!
How much: $0-10, pay what you can
