Aerial Hoop Bendy Illusions:  Aerial hoop bendy illusions is a workshop designed to help you look like a pretzel in the air- without feeling like one.  Whether you have the ability to sit on your head, or are still working towards your bridge, bendy illusions is here to spice up your aerial shapes vocabulary.  All levels of flexibility are welcome!  

Prerequisites for this workshop are:

  • Must be able to do at least 1 pull-up or 15 shoulder shrugs

  • Must be able to hold a hollow body for at least 30 seconds

Rolls and Twisties on the bar:  Rolls and twisties on the bar is a clinic for all your rolly twisty needs!  If you're looking to start learning (or improve the technique on) your elbow circles, lion rolls, hip circles, and c-shaping on the bar, look no further!  This workshop will include drills to help build the strength, body awareness, and confidence for these classic moves.  Participants are highly encouraged to bring arm and leg protection.  This workshop will be taught using an aerial hoop AND a trapeze.  

Prerequisites for this workshop are:

  • must be comfortable in an elbow hang on aerial hoop or trapeze

  • must be able to do at least 1 pull up

  • must be comfortable in front balance and back balance on aerial hoop or trapeze

  • must be able to hold a hollow body for at least 30 seconds

BIO: Camille Echeverri is an aerialist and performer from Pasadena, California.  In 2025, she graduated from the New England Center for Circus arts with a major in aerial hoop, a minor in loop straps, and an illicit third minor in burlesque and drag performance.  She has coached children, teens, and adults alike, with a strong emphasis on proper muscle engagement and building good technique, ensuring that her students can perform their amazing skills for many years to come.  She strives to help make the circus community a more welcoming and inclusive space for all ages, body types, and gender identities.  Questions are always encouraged in her classes, as she wants to foster a culture of transparency in her work.
