Join us Wednesday, February 4th, from 7:30-9pm at Sparrow Studios in downtown Olympia as we portal into Krumpy's dimension of stretching, movement, introspection, & dance. This unique session blends conscious music, light, and low-impact stretching focused on exploring your body’s full range of motion while relaxing and refreshing your mind. With calming visuals, mesmerizing lasers, and somatic movements, you’ll embark on a journey of self-discovery and release.
