“Aerialists, are you pole-curious? In this two hour workshop, we’ll break down the technique to translate your existing skills to a new apparatus, covering pole fundamentals like spins, climbs, and basic inversions. Designed for those with an existing aerial practice, this class will move at a faster pace than our Intro to Pole classes. Adults (18+) of all genders welcome!”
